What if I Can't Find The Book or DVD I Need?

We are still building our web site, so much of what we carry is not listed yet.

  • Can't find the book or DVD you're looking for?
  • Is there a recent (or not so recent) CD for which you would like the music and/or TAB?

Stop looking - just e-mail us! We carry lines from every major publisher. Most likely we will have what you are looking for, or can special-order the book or DVD for you.
  

What are My Payment Options?

We now offer Amazon Payments, Google Checkout and PayPal.
Each of these services makes it easy to get your music—and you don't have to enter your Credit Card info! Payments are handled securely through your Amazon, Google or PayPal accounts

If you prefer using your Credit Card, we accept Visa & MasterCard only. Your credit card info is collected by our SSL Secured Shopping Cart. (Secure 128-bit encryption) Your credit card info will be safely encrypted while in transit.

Please be certain to enter your name/billing address exactly as printed on your monthly statement.   
  

How are My Shipping & Handling
Charges calculated?

Our Shopping Cart will automatically calculate your shipping and handling based on your location and items ordered.

Customers in the USA & Canada: Please select your State or Province in the first pull-down menu.

Customers outside USA & Canada: Skip the first pull-down menu, then select your location in the second pull-down menu

All Customers: If you've deleted any items, or changed any quantities, be sure that you first click RECALCULATE at the bottom of the page before clicking ADD SHIPPING.

On the ADD SHIPPING page indicate whether you are ordering Books Only, CDs Only, or Books and CDs. We use this information to select the best Shipping & Handling rate for you.

USA orders placed on our site ship First Class or Priority Mail.

International orders placed on our site ship First Class International or Priority Mail International.

(Note: Some orders placed through our Amazon.com listings may ship via Media Mail.)

Is my order Secure?

Why do I occasionally see browser alerts
on a secure site?

Even on a secure site, non-sensitive material is not usually processed on secure pages. (This would slow down the site too much.)

This is why some browsers may display a Security Alert when you click RECALCULATE (to adjust your order, calculate shipping and sales tax) or when you first click GO TO PAYMENTS.

Do not be concerned. Rest assured that you will definitely see the secure "padlock" symbol when you reach the page that asks for your credit card information. Your card number, code and expiration date are protected with 128-bit encryption.
